So I've started doing Tae Bo. I find myself very limited with exercise options since it's too hot to run outside and I can't take Addie just anywhere. I've been doing Pilates and some other workout tapes and today I stumbled upon a goldmine: my mother-in -law's exercise video collection. I tried a yoga ball/weights workout which I liked, and then I did a little Tae Bo for the first time in my life. I'm a fan. Billy is officially added into my weight loss strategy. In case anyone needs exercise videos or DVDs, I borrowed several DVDs but I hardly made a dent in the collection.
