I used to check the new Strong Bad emails pretty religiously - every Monday a new one was posted, and by Monday afternoon I had seen it. I had to cut back once I started talking like Strong Bad. I could also do a great impersonation of homestarrunner.
So I haven't seen the recent ones. I'll have to get on that.
For the time being, this one is still my personal favorite. This one is a close second.

It is actually his way of saying dance or little ditty, if you will.
