So cute! Is she aware that she also has long hair? She probably knows it hurts to pull on her own hair, but it doesn't hurt her to pull on other kids hair.
She doesn't really pull, she just grabs and holds and waits for you to forget she has a handful of your hair and pull away. Audrey was smart - she didn't pull away until we had released Addie's death grip. I'm not so smart sometimes.
Do you find long hairs in her sweaty little hands at night? Ew. That makes me sick.
Not that I ever found that in Gavin's little hands. . . but I have friends that have in their kids hands . . .yeah. Gross.
That explains why sometimes I wake up with long hairs in my sweat sweaty hands.
This is the real reason Col shaved his beard.
So this explains the bald spot on Audrey's head this morning.
She kept slapping my hand away when I tried to check it out. Very sensitive little girl. But don't worry, she came home with a little bit of Addie's biscotti in her tight little fists of furry.
By the way, it is so stinkin' cute the way Audrey claps when she's happy. And the way she says "mama" and reaches for me.
Just kidding.
Do you feed her too? Ew. You are from Idaho. Just Kidding. I am not referring to anything in particular.
Two words. Banana bread.
Yeah Aubrey, I've been meaning to get your banana bread recipe, it is sooooo good, I mean what do you put in it? It's not like an old family recipe you can't give out is it?
My lips are sealed. I use that recipe exclusively for ward pot luck dinners.
Robyn has a terrible story about Ward banana bread that cannot be posted publicly. Ask her the secret ingredient next time you see her...
